IDA gives wings to its dream project

The project to make central India’s largest, greenest, the cleanest building once again takes wings as the Indore Development Association seeks investors to enter into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for construction of this 75-meter tall building.

On July 25, seeing the increasing demand for a commercial building at the prime location of the super corridor, the IDA had sanctioned 300 crores for the building.

But the project was soon dropped due to the lack of funds.

As per the words of CEO Vivek Shotriya, when he joined the project, the funds left were Rs. 1400 crore which was less than the amount required for the project. Due to this, they decided to raise the funds in the form of PPP. he also stated that a lot of investors who had attended the Investor’s Summit have shown interest in this 25-storey building.

An alternate plan of building acommercial-cum-residential building was to be presented to the investors in the meeting.

This building made on the concept ‘green’ has a lot of amenities namely minimal use of electricity and generating electricity through solar panels, hotel, gymnasium, 6-storey parking, including 3-storey underground parking.

DCNPL Hills Vista taking its shape in the prime location of the super corridor in Indore is located near to this 75-meter tall building along with amenities like a medical facility and IT hub located near to it.
